Jenna Mach

BALLET | POINTE | LYRICAL | CONTEMPORARY | MODERN | JAZZ

Jenna began dancing at the age of 2 years old, and began training professionally at age 10. She trained in various styles such as Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary, Lyrical, Modern and Jazz. Jenna attended the prestigious summer intensives at Canada’s National Ballet School, Royal Winnipeg Ballet, as well as the pre-professional training program at Quinte Ballet School for her grade 6 year. She then moved to Alberta Ballet School where she graduated on the academic honour roll after 6 years in the professional division, where she completed up to her Advanced 1 Cecchetti examinations. She has attended many competitions and conventions such as NUVO, Radix, JUMP, and DanceMakers inc. across Canada and the U.S. through her competitive team, YYC Dance Project. She has worked with many esteemed choreographers such as Travis Wall, Stacey Tookey, Josh Beamish, and Kathryn McCormick. Jenna has always had a passion for teaching and was thrilled to begin her career as a dance instructor following her high school graduation. Working with children and shaping their futures both as dancers and as individuals in society is a privilege that Jenna feels honoured to partake in.
