Nicole is a well rounded artist who grew up in Kelowna, British Columbia. She started her journey as a gymnast and dancer when she was 3 years old and began competing at age 6. When Nicole was 9 years old she was awarded “Gymnast of the Year” at Okanagan Gymnastics Centre but shortly after decided to follow her passion for dance. Training at Lake Country School of Dance, Nicole studied in jazz, ballet, contemporary, hip hop, lyrical, tap, and acro.

Since then, she has been awarded a number of scholarships to further her training including “Move” The Company Summer Intensive (2015) and many dance conventions such as Velocity Dance Convention, Nuvo Dance Convention, and Radix Dance Convention. In addition, Nicole has completed her Advanced 2 RAD examination with distinction, competed internationally at IDO’s Hip Hop World Championships (2017) as a member of “Team Canada Hip Hop”, and has been named top soloist at a variety of competitions including Great Canadian Dance Challenge, The Vibe Dance Competition, The View Dance Challenge, and Showtime Dance Productions Crystal Classics.


Now, Nicole has made her way to Vancouver and is continuing her studies in her second year with Modus Operandi: Vancouver Contemporary Dance Program, working closely with her mentors David Raymond, Tiffany Tregarthen, and Kate Franklin. Nicole has also worked with many well known choreographers such as Heather Dotto, Sabrina Phillips, Joey Matt, Paul Otterbein, Zac Vran, and Kelsey Chace. Nicole is looking forward to working with even more movement influencers in her upcoming years and is excited to share her well versed knowledge.
