Acro & Body Conditioning

Acrobatics teaches flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, and above all, discipline and concentration. Acro class builds upon each year using the CDTA graded syllabus.
Yoga, Pilates and physical conditioning are blended to increase strength, flexibility, stamina and coordination. Muscles are strengthened with specific attention placed on proper skeletal alignment to ensure correct dance technique and overall good health.
